Brief
Realestate agents use videos to help sell properties but video production is expensive and takes time. SECL Project was approached with the idea of using AI to create a solution that would generate a video using an existing property listing reducing time and costs.
Solution
Using existing AI tools including Replit, Eleven Labs and Open AI, SECL Project created a solution that enabled individual realestate agents to upload a property listing into HousePeek and use it to create a 30 second video (Peek) of a property in less that 90 seconds.
Outcome
HousePeek is now used by multiple realestate agents across both sales and rentals and has saved each agent thousands of dollars and weeks in time. The platform regularly receives updates and has helped sell and rent out multiple properties
